The preparation was created for a friend looking for some relief with their Asthma and with the guidance from within and around Breathe Baby came to be. The preparation can be diffused in the air, just a few drops. You can also add some to your  palms and inhale. However, most beneficial to helping you during a flare apply to your throat, chest area and around your nose. Also, apply to your feet at night if you know the environment will cause your symptoms to flare. This preparation in no way is designed to take the place of your physician and any medication prescribed.
